If you are like me and the kind of person who wants something yesterday, before I actually knew I wanted it, Best Buy has it for $749 right now as well. You can find it here. The sale price at Best Buy probably runs through the weekend, but I do not know that for sure.
The newegg posts are questionable, but the hard core nerds at avsforum seem to like the TV. You can find that here.
Personally I like Toshiba's and have two myself. I would buy this TV if our 34" Philips died.
