Buy.com is selling 13 months of Xbox Live Gold service for $29.99, with free shipping. If you have a 360 and go on-line, this is as cheap as you can get the service. Note that you will have to change to the slower shipping, as by default they try to send it to you faster, and not for free. You can find this deal here.
This will probably sell out so act fast if you want it.
Two last things. One, if have a 360 but do not have a gold account, check this out, it is worth the upgrade. Two, I believe there are free games right now if you add a picture to your account before you enter in the Gold Membership code. I do not have my 360 in front of me, but I will check it out as soon as I get home.

As yoteecoyote posted, the Xbox live free game deal can be found in the comments. The deal for the free games expired on the 5th and it looks like you needed to buy the membership from Microsoft, at full price which is not a good deal.

In case you missed it yesterday, Wal-Mart is having a very similar deal today. Their deal is a few pennies cheaper, but you have to go to Wal-Mart to get it, or pay for shipping. You can find this deal here.
