I am going crazy with the posts today, and I think I have a couple more left in me. This is a very YMMV (your mileage may very), but Tivo is offering discounts to current subscribers to upgrade to an HD DVR. I do not have more details than that, but if you have a Tivo and it is low def, log into your tivo.com account and check, you might find a sweet upgrade deal waiting for you.
