Buy.com is selling the 22" Samsung 220WM for $269.99 with free shipping. There is a rebate on the monitor that drops it down to $229.99 to your door. You can find that deal here. Reviews are sparse but you can find the customer ones on Newegg here.
I have a 20" Samsung that I love. I paid $220 for it and would recommend Samsung as well. They make really nice LCD displays.
